Recombinant Soybean Trypsin Inhibitor Inhibit Trypsin, Chymotrypsin And Plasmin
Soybean trypsin inhibitor is a serine protease inhibitor, which can inhibit the activity of trypsin, chymotrypsin, and plasmin. The ability to inhibit trypsin is higher than that of chymotrypsin and plasmin. In addition, it can also inhibit plasma kallikrein, clotting factor Xa. Inhibitors and protease can be effectively combined in equimolar amounts to form stable complexes to block the active site of the enzyme. Recombinant soybean trypsin inhibitor was expressed by recombinant E.coli and purified without animal-derived contamination and no other protease.
